DoughBalls is the dream of Catriona & Lincoln Spalding, they have planned the launch of DoughBalls in South Australia for many years and worked hard to make this happen with their first restaurant opening in Glenelg in February 2020.
Lincoln was born in Adelaide and grew up in Kersbrook, Catriona is from the UK and in June 2018 they moved their life from the UK to Adelaide to begin making their dreams happen. They have a young daughter, Maddison, who loves “Mummy’s” restaurant, Catriona manages the business and has had a long career in the Hospitality industry working across many areas but always keeping a great passion for customer service.
Everyday they work to deliver their mission and bring something special to South Australia.

As parents of a young girl, Catriona and Lincoln felt they could rarely find restaurants in and around Adelaide that catered for the family market, delivering a comfortable dining experience for families at good value.
DoughBalls provides full table service, no more waiting at the bar! and provides a casual comfortable environment with delicious food at unbeatable prices.
We have a focus on where possible using South Australian Produce and have a SA craft beers and only SA wines on our drinks menu.
